By selecting the Flexible Rate, you agree to the following conditions:

• Free Cancellation Period:
  • In high season (May-October), cancellations are free up to 5 days prior to the check-in date.
  • In low season (November-April excluding the New Year period), cancellations are free up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
• Late Cancellation:
  • Cancellations made after the free cancellation period will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.
  • This amount will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card provided as a guarantee.
• No-Show Policy:
  • In case of a no-show (non-arrival without prior notice), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

By selecting the Non-Refundable Rate, you agree to the following conditions:

• Full Prepayment:
  • The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
• No Refunds:
  • The amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change.
• Non-Transferrable:
  • This reservation cannot be transferred to another person or date.
• No Future Credit:
  • The prepaid amount cannot be held as a deposit or credit for any future stays.

Hotel Policies

Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 12:00

Smoking policy: our Hotel is 100% smoke-free and there is a 50.000 AMD penalty per case of smoking in the room.

Child policy: children from 0 – 6 stay free of charge with parents.

Visitor policy: visitors are not allowed at the hotel. Guest’s visitors have to be announced by the guest beforehand to the reception and must provide valid ID. The visitors have to leave the hotel premises by 23:00 or they have to register as hotel guests and pay the room rate (the rooms are subject to availability).

ID requirements: for security purposes as well as required by RA legislation, a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at the time of check-in.

Children under the age of 18, need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

The pets are not allowed within hotel premises.
